What is coaching?
Life coaching is an approach to change that focuses on the individual and his or her personal development.
Coaching facilitates greater self-awareness and helps you to live in harmony.
It is a doorway to the present and the future, and focuses little on the deeper reasons behind the problems that are holding back change. That's the job of other therapists.
Coaching is the art of helping the coachee to find his or her own solutions adapted to each situation.
As your partner, I offer you tools and techniques all geared towards solving concrete problems and putting them into action.
I help you to become aware of your own resources, your unique way of working, your limiting and helping beliefs, your talents, values and emotions.
